It is very near ruislip station. So convenient for travel.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. We had a light lunch which was good. The room was a good size. Location easy to navigate getting to Wembley. Would stay again.

The apartment was excellent!! It had everything we needed had we wanted to cook, it had an iron and ironing board and a full length mirror, making getting ready much easier. The bathroom had a well-stocked variety of Dove products.

The station is within walking distance, and the Harry Potter bus is right outside the hotel. They provide starbucks coffees on-site.

Loved the historical atmosphere of the hotel and the uniqueness of the rooms & shared spaces. The staff were extremely pleasant, the breakfast was scrumptious & and the shower was so powerful it was like having a massage while showering!

The staff were all lovely. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast servers were super friendly and accommodating.

The staff in the reception was really helpful. I forgot to ask his name but he helped us carrying our belongings (which was a lot) to the second floor. He also helped us find a temporary storage for our luggages while we’re waiting for our car before we moved out. Wanted to say thank you and good bye when we left, but he was not there when our transport arrived. Very decent hotel, very helpful staff, and good value for money.

5-Star Review I had an amazing experience at this hotel in London! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The owner is a remarkable artist who has turned the hotel into a true masterpiece. He handcrafted breathtaking mosaics that can be admired both inside the hotel and in the enchanting Shisha Garden. His ceramic figurines are equally stunning, each one a unique work of art. The mornings were particularly special: the owner personally made us fresh coffee and warm pastries, and we spent time chatting with him. He even shared the stories behind his impressive ceramic creations, which made the experience feel so personal and memorable. To top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting his lovely parrots, who brought so much life and charm to the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough – it’s a true hidden gem in London. If you stay here, you’ll leave with cherished memories and a sense of having experienced something truly unique!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and cozy, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Few minutes walk to the main street, 10min walk to the train station.

Excellent breakfast, wonderful, clean and cozy room (which is not an usual combination), friendly staff. Location - perfect for Watford centre and the Watford Junction.

Extremely accommodating to my needs and ensuring that I feel welcomed. Located very close to a vast number of stores. The train station is also a short walking distance from the hotel. Safe area.
