Awesome staff, very friendly. Smooth check-in, cosy apartement located in Newington near old town. Really loved my stay. Full recommendation!

The hotel is at a great location if you have work to do on campus, but it is a 30 minute walk (downhill) to the city centre. Walking distance to Arthur's seat. The breakfast was good, good selection fo tea.

An amazing experience, beautiful hotel, every little detail was obviously olanned to perfection. Staff charling and the welcome from the two lovely dogs. Dream place surrounded by amazing nature.

I liked everything. Everything was perfect. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but everything was very tasty. I highly recommend the hotel.

Location, Location, Location! Was in Edinburgh trying to find a flat for a new job. Great, to see the historic areas of Old Town and still be on good bus route to get to various areas to view properties. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was the best I've had during my UK trip! The location was superb, so close to the Holyrood palace and everything else I wanted to see were within walking distance. I wish I could've stayed longer.

It is a new hotel and a bit quirky in the decor and in an amazing position a short stroll from the castle the royal mile and restaurants… the staff also were amazing so helpful we had a 5.30am leave and they asked the night before if we would like a coffee to take in the taxi … we did and it was waiting for us

The property is near at the city center and it’s possible to visit the city to walk.

Great hosts who made us feel like family. Did our laundry for a reasonable price and gave us clear informative ideas on how to travel downtown. We love to walk and walked to the royal mile and back several times, but bus service is easy from the hotel too. Highly recommended.

excellent staff very friendly and always ready to help, good room, there is a coffee machine in the room. Convenient parking. Special thanks to Aurora, she was super friendly at the front desk, helped us with our suitcases and we left before breakfast and she made sure we had something to eat in the morning, it's very thoughtful and such service is appreciated. Thank you
