Helpful staff, good parking, breakfast tasty, room cosy

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent—it was hard to choose because everything on the menu sounded (and tasted) delicious. Dinner at the pub was perfect! I also have to mention the staff: they were all welcoming and always made my stay great.

We checked in at night at 10 pm on 14/10/23 02 people were at the desk and the nale boy was helpful I don't know his name The second lady was not all bothered and was busy on her mobile Thanks for that hospitality, even I am a hotelier so I know how things are Train them properly or it will be bad for the hotel .......

Great place to stay, It is on a busy road on two sides however I was on the 2nd floor and that did not bother me. Bedroom was lovely, superb shower & great food in the resteraunt.

The room was gorgeous and the building is super unique and charming. There’s a sweet little library downstairs that lends to the charm of this beautiful building. The room was stocked with an abundance of tea and coffee. Very comfortable and thoughtful. The neighborhood is perfect and has plenty of cute shops and a local yoga studio with outstanding views and public transportation steps away.

Great hotel in a quant town (Clapham). The boutique hotel is so cute and the restaurant and bar are fantastic (many locals come here on the weekends for dinner and drinks. It is located right next to Clapham Common and the nearest Tube Station is about a 1/4 mile away.

I had a really long trip from the USA and the manager was so nice and kind that I was literally shocked. He helped me with my tennis bag. I really recommend this place to everyone who wants have a really easy going and comfortable stay!!!!

Excellent location in Wimbledon Village, in the first floor has a pub with remarkable food the breakfast extraordinary . Ample rooms with well appointed bathroom. An excellent boutique hotel. The staff went beyond you expected.

Check in was easy. Staff was great throughout the whole venue.

Atmosphere was excellent and the neighborhood was serene. Cole to the High street.

Central heating is really strong, the room is nice and warm, no damp issue at all. Reliable Wi-Fi connections. Clean bedding and towels. They have everything you will need: iron, hairdryer, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, all in perfect working order. High quality toilet paper, even kitchen rolls supplied. Love the size of the bin they supplied! There is a shared washing machine in the hallway that is super handy for longer stay. You can leave luggages with the assistant for extra hours after checking out, amazing service!
