Friendly staff, great breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful, lots of lovely history, and the location was excellent. Just far enough out of town to be comfortable and not have to worry about parking.

The staff were very helpful and polite and generally seemed happy which made us feel very comfortable.

Very pretty setting and quiet surroundings

Breakfast was excellent - freshly made dishes to choose from a menu every morning with tea/coffee. Everyone was absolutely nice so we had a truly delightful stay. The place was newly renovated and is very cozy and lovingly furnished. When we arrived in the evening and the weather was not that great we could warm ourselves by the fireplace. Our room was spacious, we had the window to the street but it was not loud. Parking available. We stayed there to visit Canterbury but also made a trip to the outlet center in Ashford and to Whitstable (also highly recommended!). We will definitely come again.

Beautiful small hotel at wonderfull place of Canterbury. Absolutely lovely!!!!

The location was great. Away from the crowds but close to High Street and the cathedral. It was clean, very comfortable and well equipped. There is a washer dryer and a larger kitchen downstairs for common use but the apartment has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. There were lots of good restaurants nearby. We were delighted to be next to The Chatterbox Cafe, a community non profit restaurant with lovely food very reasonably priced. And with a great patio. We ate breakfast there all 3 days. I sprained my ankle our first day there and The Chatterbox provided several rounds of ice for it which helped a huge amount. Our apartment was joyfully on the main floor.

Good free private parking. Just 10 mins walk distance to town. Cozy room and nice staff. I enjoy listening to the T.V when bathing. Good air-conditioned. Everything is fine. Thank you.

The hotel staff that they provide good service. Her name is Watawan. Her position is guest service manager at Hampton by Hilton Canterbury. She is polite. And looks friendly. Energetic, Take care, and Willing. She takes excellent care of guests staying at Hampton by Hilton Canterbury. She is considerate to my family. And she was willing to help us with arrangement the room booking that my family had previously requested from the hotel. My family and I were most impressed and admired by her. Lovely old hotel but with a fresh clean feel. Great breakfast included.

Clean and comfortable with stress free parking. The room was very nice and although we were on top of a busy hotel we were not disturbed. The staff were great and the meals were very good and great value.
