Very good location. We can see the Big Ben from our room!

I loved the view! Every morning we had coffee overlooking the Big Ben and on the night I enjoyed the London Eye from my room. Staff was always with smile and disposition to help. I loved the pool and sauna it was a a super plus. Also used the gym which had everything for my morning workout. The pain of chocolat in the morning buffet was extraordinaire!!

It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Amazing building, unbelievable SPA, like in heaven, one of the best gyms, delicious food in restaurants. Everything was perfect about our stay.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The design and atmosphere were great, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and pleasant, and the location was perfect—we did everything on foot. In short, highly recommended!

Even though there was no front desk, every question I sent to them via the booking app was answered immediately. The room was clean and warm. The place was ideal. There was a pub downstairs, a small convenience store, and a place to grab some breakfast.

The rooms was clean, really big, the bed was comfortable. Towels and hair dryer were available. The area is really nice, no traffic or noise during the night. There is a bus stop in front of the location, if you want to use che tube it's a 10 minute walk.

Location great, a breakfast exccdllent

The room was very spacious and comfortable especially with two kids, one of them being a toddler. Location is perfect, very close to Westminster Bridge and very well connected to other parts of the city via buses and underground. Staff is very helpful and very polite. Breakfast is of good quality and vast choice. Will def return to this hotel should we visit London again.

Absolutely everything is impeccable here always, the best hotel in London!

The location was excellent, just two minutes from St James Park underground Station and five minutes walk from Whitehall, ten minutes from Buckingham Palace. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the air-conditioning worked well with an outside temperature in the 30's.

This was our 3rd stay We stayed in an Executive Club Room which was perfect The Club Lounge is spacious with friendly attentive staff We arrived around 9am after 36 hours of travel from New Zealand to find our room was ready to check in! So amazing! Excellent location with the Circle Line over the road We easily walked to Houses of Parliament up to Trafalgar Square then down the Mall to Buckingham Palace Then used either a bus or the tube
