The bar was nice & which was open every time. Luggage storage staff when we checked in & after check-out. Elevators design.

Lovely decor throughout hotel. Bed really comfy. Coffee making facilities in rooms with decent coffee pods. Large bathroom and extra towels supplied with good bathroom products. Was there for birthday and arrived in room to find bottle of wine and cake which was a nice surprise. Enjoyed the spy bar and tour of the hotels historic rooms. Could not fault a thing!

The area is a quiet residential area, but really near to relevant railway and metro stations, and most important to Westminster bridge and London Eye, the room was new and clean and well equipped

The room was amazing ... it was very charming and very quiet although located over the pub. The personal was so lovely and friendly and also the food and drinks in the pub were incredible tasty. As there was a bus stop right outside the location, you could be in the city center within 10 minutes. I would come here anytime when staying in London. Can absolute recommend this accomodation and pub.

Really nice hotel. The location is perfect and only 5min from victoria tube station. The room was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Personal: Very friendly and helpful,if you have any questions they are there for you. Location: Perfect , palace,Big Ben, Parliament, London eye everything is walkable distance away. Close by there are restaurants, shops and metro station. Room: Was comfortable and clean, had USB charing ports for devices ( for people like me from the EU who does not have adapter)😅 Overall very nice experience so i can recommend.

Very good location. The inside is quite newly renovated and clean. The room was of course very small (which is usual in London), but as we needed just a place for a sleep over, it was very ok.

I loved my stay at Victoria Inn, it's very well located, close to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, I was walking around by foot. There was a kettle in the room and the hotel provided coffee, tea, milk, sugar, it was nice considering the weather. I complained about the temperature in the wood and was given an additional heater. The room was very clean.
