I love history so this hotel ticked all the boxes. Elegant spacious room, comfortable bed, all amenities and hotel staff were truly 5 star level. I highly recommend the tour of the premises offered. What an interesting vuilding wih amazing history. The restaurants were all beautifully decorated and very cozy too. I'll be recommending this hotel to everyone.

I really like location. You go out of your hotel and you are on trafalger square. The breakfast is super nice and tasty. Especially, stuff is great. I forgot my hair clip, they found it and gave me back. Super grateful for that 😊

The location of the hotel is its greatest characteristics

Even though there was no front desk, every question I sent to them via the booking app was answered immediately. The room was clean and warm. The place was ideal. There was a pub downstairs, a small convenience store, and a place to grab some breakfast.

Large Room with lovely decor. The bed was very comfortable, shower with great water pressure. I really appreciated the little tea and sweets corner. Although the accommodation is located south of the Thames, access to public transport via bus is available almost right in front of the building while the tube stations are a short walk (10 minutes max.) away. I would definitely return when visiting London again. The pub below the accommodations is also a great place to spend an evening.

Friendly attentive staff, room was clean and spacious. Check in was fast, room was ready for me. Shower was amazing and clean. Would recommend if you want to see London, close to understand and London Victoria train station and coach station. Plenty of choices to eat and drink, plenty of outdoor seating for this weather.

Romany House is a wonderful place to stay in central London. It’s extremely clean, very comfortable, and in an unbeatable location near the station. ​A massive, special thank you to Yacoub for saving the day! My husband accidentally forgot his wedding ring in the room, and Yacoub went out of his way to securely ship it all the way from London to us in Toronto. Incredible customer service and a genuinely trustworthy team. Thank you so much for everything! 5/5 stars!

Location is perfect, just around enbankment in circle line, and close to big Ben. Staff is 5 stars, the hotel is beautiful and full of history, breakfast very good. Our stay in London was even better because of the wonderful hotel.

Central, clean, efficient and perfect staff.

Definitely paid over the odds, but the location was superb & having no window was a blessing, completely pitch black, the bed was super comfy, we both slept like babies. Wouldn't hesitate booking another hub hotel!

Conrad hotel has very convenient localization, in front of a tube entrance. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and other historical attractions. The staff in the hotel was very polite from the first person who opened us the door until our final exit. We had prepaid stay, with breakfast included so checkin was fast. Minibar in the room very well equipped. Some items have additional price. Water, tea, coffee was complimentary. The twin room with two beds was enough spacious. Bathroom had also enough space with bathtube and shower separated. The stone on the floor in shower was not slippery when wet. Slippers of decent quality. Enough towels for two. Airco well responding to our choices for higher or lower temperature. The breakfast had really abundant variety for different tastes.
