The staff David and George were the most helpful staff I ever seen. Breakfast 10 out of 10 and the location is close to everything a few minutes from the water few minutes from the cable card easy place to take a taxi to anywhere very clean room and all the staffs were helpful answering any questions we had. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return to Batumi.

As with the other Rooms properties that we had visited, this place was incredibly well-designed and luxuriously comfortable. We were upgraded to a truly spectacular room that we didn't want to leave. If I'm ever in Batumi again, I'll very much look forward to staying here.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the old city. The district is cozy, and the beach is nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.
