The staff are very friendly and helpful. A young lady at the reception desk who did the check-in and check out for us has excellent customer service. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The location is convenient. I like breakfast every morning. They have Asian and Western food. I am a senior in a wheelchair, and the restaurant staff, Eddie and Dick are really very helpful to me.

The view was insane! Such a cool spot. Located right by the Ding Ding and the metro line - it was perfect. Also in a very "locals" area of town. I highly recommend.
