It’s my fifth time staying at this wonderful hotel, everytime I stayed here, was a very pleasant experience and iv stayed in the same room that I request as I love the view, gives me a sense of peace and calm. The staff are really nice, warm, welcoming and if you have an issue, quick to resolve. I had missed my flight to Hong Kong and my date of booking which they were kind enough to help me with to solve this issue. I’m greatful to them and the lady who assisted me in checking me in. She was patient and kind to me. Despite the hotel having a very large volume of guests coming and going due to its proximity to the airport, it is very clean. The property is showing signs of aging in the rooms, carpets abd furniture which is normal wear and tear on such a busy hotel but it is kept clean. I love the shower pressure, large shower, good toilet, the amenity kits provided, and the bedding is super comfy and clean. The complimentary shuttle bus to the mall and airport is top tier, extremely helpful and well maintained buses. Lots of taxis outside the hotel incase u miss the bus, if u going to Disney land, book this hotel, it’s a quick 20 min drive away by taxi or u can take the train which is connected to the mall nearby. A good supermarket and Italian restaurant across the road so also very convenient. Price point is good value for money and for what the hotel offers.

Location is perfect. Direct access from and to HKG. Bus number A17 stops right in front of hotel. 1 minute walk to attractions. Room is cost and comfortable bed. Shower is working perfectly.

Nearest hotel to get in Kowloon swimming park where we have water polo competition tournament. It also has lifts to get there without walking up hill by using a secret path from car park building. I LOVE this place.

Stylish boutique hotel truly stands out with its own unique personality. The breakfast selection was great, offering a wide variety of good-quality options—the chef-made omelettes were a particular highlight. Housekeeping was excellent; our room was consistently spotless and very well maintained. The gym and pool are great extras, which we took full advantage of during our stay. The on-site Food Hall was a convenient and affordable option for meals, perfect after long days of exploring. All the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having explored Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, and Kowloon, we found the hotel’s location to be one of our favorites—convenient and surrounded by a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were superb, the location was great with buses and trams just outside the front door. Great selection for breakfast, the room cleaner's attention to detail and hard work meant our room was always spotless.
