Everything about the hotel was great. Loved our stay.

We stayed at this hotel in the central Wan Chai area, located above Hop Well Mall, and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent from check-in onwards—the staff at the lobby, restaurant, and housekeeping were all professional and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was outstanding! A wide and high-quality selection, including bread, cheeses, salads, eggs, muesli, cakes, coffee, soups, and Asian dishes. A truly luxurious breakfast. One of the great advantages of this hotel is its direct access to the mall, which is very convenient. There’s also a supermarket inside, which was really useful. The only downside is the access to the hotel—you need to take an elevator to the 3rd floor and then switch to another elevator to reach the lobby on the 19th floor. Once you understand the way, it’s not really an issue. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

The location was very convenient as it was very close to the MTR station with two exit options and one with a lift. It also has a numerous 24/7 convinient stores like 711 and Circle K across the street. The breakfast has very good and strong coffee!

The hotel is very convenient. It is near to the train station and the transport to the airport is just across from the hotel. There are also a lot of convenient shops you can buy goods from.

Staff hospitality and the facilities, everything we asked for was provided. From the lobby to the hallways and the rooms, It was cozy and has a pleasant vibe. Their shuttle buses was a HUGE help for our transfers. Will definitely be back and reserve at the same hotel.

Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

I recently stayed for 5days in the Continental Club room at the Marco Polo Hongkong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. However, I did feel that the decor could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated. While the room was adequate and comfortable for my needs, a refresh in design would elevate the overall ambiance. Despite this, the amenities and services offered in the Continental Club made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it for those looking for a convenient location with excellent service.

Everyday cleaned room, swimming pool with a nice view, free shuttle bus approximately every hour. Public transport is frequent, the bus stop just at the hotel entrance.

Free shuttle running every 20mins to and from the airport. We love the view of our room and he hotel literally close to the shopping complex.

Very helpful staff. Free room upgrade to a lovely suite. Good location for exploring Kowloon with an MTR close by.
