We stayed at the Royal Palm and knew right from meeting our receptionist Ana we were going to be treated very well. Her customer service skills are top notch, pleasant and warm welcoming, thank you Ana! The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous room, lobby, amenities. And the view from the room…wow! And of course the dining room and the fantastic breakfast was an added treat. Perica you and the rest of the team are amazing! Outstanding facilities, staff, location and services. The front desk ladies are friendly and helpful, same with waiters. Food is very good and coffee is one of the best. The room was large, with a balcony, an excellent shower, well equipped and clean — one of our best stays in Croatia. Additionally, the bus to Old Town (10 minutes) is almost at its front door. All of it together makes it an unbeatable alternative for staying in Dubrovnik. I highly recommend it.
