This hotel exceeded my expectations. I love how it stayed true to its Indonesian heritage and history. The amenities are top-notch, but I believe what made this stay truly exceptional was all the staff. From the concierge, reception, wait staff, everyone was hospitable, helpful, and reliable. This is easily my favorite hotel in Bali.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite with Garden View on the ground floor providing me access to a private garden as well as a well planned outdoor seating area. The TVs had access to a range of streaming services which was great. The inclusive breakfast was great with a range of options however due to a lack of cooling it could be rather hot. Overall, would recommend to any one head to Bali who wants more of a quit vibe, but still wants access to a range of shops and markets.

Peaceful, private, extremely comfortable, staff that went the extra mile with everything, massage, had early morning checkout and a parcel was awaiting us at 6am, swimming pool…. Cannot think of anything we did not like!
