United KingdomThe staff was beyond helpful. I had a large group arriving at different times, and they got us all sorted with good humor and efficiency. The staff at reception was helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions, had lost items, needed taxis, etc. They always had smiles to welcome us and went out of their way to smooth over the very few little issues that arose. The bar staff and housekeeping were was also terrific. The location couldn't be better. We walked almost everywhere. Very pleased with everything about the Chancery.

Cycle is the way to go exploring....(30km/hr speed limit in place on main road through).
