Lovely boutique hotel! The staff were incredible, excellent food, beautiful interior, and location in the middle of the city.

Amazing location with excellent ease of walking in Jaipur. Beautiful property with no noise off the street.

My stay at Jaipur New Hotel was incredible and truly special. From the very beginning, I was treated with great care and kindness, and I genuinely felt at home. The entire staff was always very friendly, respectful, and attentive to everything I might need. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded immediately with an excellent attitude and a genuine willingness to help in any situation. At the end of my stay, I unfortunately lost my wallet, and the staff did absolutely everything they could to find it — and they did. This alone speaks volumes about their honesty, care, and professionalism. The facilities are wonderful: comfortable, elegant, practical, and very well thought out. There are plenty of power outlets for charging devices, and the hotel truly has everything one could need for a comfortable stay. I would also love to highlight the restaurant. I ordered food once, and it was probably the best Indian food I have ever had. Thank you very much to the entire staff for such a warm and welcoming experience. I truly hope to return.

It was really clean. Bathroom is huge and bed comfortable, air conditioner was good also, Mr Khan was so helpful and nice person. Mr Vikas very attentive, if you need something they will help!

This was an unforgettable experience. It’s both a family home and a guesthouse, making it feel warm and personal. We shared the same delicious meals as the family for dinner, and their kindness made us feel like visiting old friends. The building is a beautifully restored historic property in the heart of the Pink City, full of charm and character. It was our favorite stay of the whole trip!

For the budget , it's a decent and affordable!

Amazing staff and ambience. Really wish I found this property earlier for my previous visits to the city

My second time staying at the Haveli. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. From Sanur and Chadni in the front office to all the porters, cleaning and kitchen staff. The rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always wonderful and their cheese omlettes are delicious. I miss my home away from home already.

"You often have to choose between a luxury hotel and an authentic experience, but Sitaram Bhawan offers both. The level of luxury, the cleanliness, and the personalized service provided at this price point is exceptional. It is, without a doubt, one of the best value-for-money boutique stays in Jaipur."
