Rooms were neat, service was prompt and staff was very warm. The location was also great. There are many great restaurants and places to visit.

Their commitment to exceptional service was evident throughout my stay, as they were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries. The accommodations were nothing short of fantastic. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic offering a wide variety of choices. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of dining options, each with a unique atmosphere and delectable menu items. I particularly enjoyed the local cuisine at Royal Vega ,which was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The spa was truly amazing, offering an array of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The tranquil setting and skilled therapists made my spa experience one to remember. Overall, my stay at this hotel was both pleasant and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway with top-notch service, delightful dining, and outstanding amenities. I look forward to returning in the future. Ambiance, Position, the super breakfast but the main icing on the cake was your warm hospitality. You made us “feel at home” and that’s most important. A special note of thanks for your duty manager, Mr. Anandashankar Dasgupta who just spoiled us by ensuring all our never ending asks and demands were meet. Kudos to him and his entire team.
