A very clean, comfortable, and cozy hotel. In the morning, you can wake up to the delightful smell of freshly baked croissants. The croissants baked by Mattes & Nicola are the best I’ve ever had in my life. The location is very convenient, with a large supermarket nearby and many restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

First i would like to thank the staff, they were friendly, helpful! I had a great time! Before arriving, i read the review s, some were saying the location was from Duomo. BUT that was one of pluses of the hotel! Because everyday walking by different streets to Duomo, you can explore Milan , its buildings, streets, and, even though, it was not that far! I never even used metro, bus, tram to reach to the hotel.

The hotel was one of the best experiences in Milan. The location is great to escape the crowds of Milan and relax after a busy day. It is located on quiet street and has an amazing garden. The rooms are super clean and have great amenities. The staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast is just perfect. Around the hotel are good local restaurants and the transportation is convenient.

Great value for money! The hotel is near the central station and airport shuttle to Linate airport. The room was very comfy and the staff were wonderful.

Considering our requirements for the business trip we've had, Hotel Rafael was a great choice for us. We needed private parking - check Breakfast - check Nice & Clean & fairly Spacious Room - check Able to issue Invoice (needed for our company) - check Prompt & Nice & Helpful Staff - check Free Wi-Fi - check And it was also reasonably close to the location where we needed to go...but this of course varies from person to person. Hence, I definitely recommend Hotel Rafel :)
