Hotel is in a great location, and the staff were super helpful. When we arrived there was a bit of a queue to check in, and more staff appeared to help get the queue moving quicker which was great. Rooms were excellent, and breakfast had a lot of options.

The room was amazing, the breakfast on the roof was great and also the guy working there had such a great vibe! I asked for a surprise package and it exceeded my expectations with a flower bouquet, wine and chocolate

We wanted to stay on a walking distance from Colosseum and it was indeed. Also walking distance from Roma termini. Nice neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.

For that money you have more than you need: great location, cleaning every day, clean towels, new bathroom, nice host. If We want to come back to Roma We will Stay in this hotel again.

Everything was simply perfect! A knowledgeable and friendly owner, modern, "mothball-free" design, pleasant touches, and excellent coffee! And, most importantly, a high-quality mattress and pillows! I highly recommend it! A wonderful base for a visit to Roma, walks, and adventures!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 2 minutes from the Colosseum and 5 minutes from the subway station. Near the hotel, there are several restaurants, all very good and with better prices than those in front of the Colosseum. All the hotel staff were wonderful and very attentive. I had a problem with the wheels of my suitcase, and they helped me in various ways. The breakfast is amazing, with several options every day and everything is delicious. Comfortable beds, pleasant reception, and a small rooftop with a cozy view of the Colosseum. I would return without a second thought.

Spacious, clean and well positioned

Hotel is an easy walk to the Colleseum and Cavour metro stop. The location to the main train station Termini is a walk of about 15 mins. There are quite a few attractions you can walk to from hotel in a short amount of time. Google Maps/directions work really well in helping with the navigation. ALL of the staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. All understood English and spoke better English than I did Italian. Room had been recently updated and was exceptional. It had a small balcony even. Bathroom had a shower with multiple showerheads+ a hand held wand. Minifridge came with 2 bottles of water that were restocked as needed included in room rate. Many resturants really close by.

For the price I paid it was a fair size.
