The location of the hotel is great, close to the central station and other places. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was very affordable!! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. They have a built-in bar that is very nice for a drink during the day or a coffee in the morning, and the bartender Adriana was very nice and helpful as well.

Perhaps this is the best value for money in Milan. Amazing hotel, great SPA, restaurant with delicious food and the service in the hotel is always at a high level. The only thing is that because we arrived in our own car, a month later we received a city fine for driving into the city zone at the wrong time. I think this is a minus of the hotel if you have your own car, because you need to adapt to the city rules, although you live in the hotel.😞

The staff were always happy to help us. We went to the front desk a number of times for assistance, and they always were there for us. Wonderful!

it was a nice hotel with a great location. we wanted to go to the airport and we walked to the train station to get the shuttle. I liked the breakfast and the staff was really friendly.
