Rooftop Terrace is magnificent with views to SM Maggiore Church where Pope Francis rests. Breakfast options were comprehensive and delicious. Great service. Upgraded to luxury room to see view of church. Helpful Front Desk. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Free WiFi and very reasonably priced.Strategic place to tour Rome from and then retreat to rooftop Terrace as the day becomes night.

Cool, Vibrant, rooftop pool, close to Termini

The location was great, one street back from Termini with lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and went over and above to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished and very comfortable.

The Hotel areas of the First and Fourth floors of a very old building are Fresh and clean and modern… The Staff were Very nice… the continental breakfast was good, with barista coffee… a stones throw from Termini….24hr reception that buzz you in the secure street door…. I really enjoyed staying here.

Top location, the restaurant has a view, there is also an elevator to get there. The coffee is free and gorgeous. The breakfast is divine and varied. I recommend!

We recently stayed at Family house hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location was good, offering easy access to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was excellent value for the price paid. Amazing hotel! The place is spotlessly clean with a beautiful interior. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’d especially like to thank Madina, who shared so much useful information about the city and great places to visit. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Thank you! And a special thanks for the breakfast – the ginseng coffee was delicious, and the homemade pie was exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room fully met our expectations, it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a handy safe and mini-fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days, and the hotel itself was quiet for the vast majority of our stay. The location is excellent: just a short, easy walk from Termini Station, and very close to a park, bus stops, and the metro. It made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended 😊

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this accommodation in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect – everything is within walking distance, there is a shop right across the street, and a lovely local café next door where we enjoyed having coffee. The staff were amazing! Very kind, always smiling, and ready to help. Nothing was ever a problem – communication was easy, they responded quickly, and were always at our service. They allowed us an early check-in, and on our last day we could leave our luggage without any issues, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were very clean. They were thoroughly cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and towels provided (even when we didn’t request it), trash taken out, and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel regularly replenished. They truly paid attention to every detail. We didn’t have a single complaint – everything worked perfectly. We are very grateful for such a warm and caring welcome. We will definitely return the next time we visit Rome! Highly recommended ❤️

One of the best property so far. Friendly staff and amazing property. Make you feel comfortable. Room and view was outstanding. Mike was so helpful and friendly. He made our stay so comfortable. Fantastic hotel for a two star brilliant location loads of bars restaurants shops on a very safe street its money well spent you will find fault in every place if u look for it .its clean coffee if u want in mornings i couldn't knock it its a great location 6 walk to colosseum staff were very helpful hopefully will vist again
