Location with see view from the balcony or restaurant is fabulous. Easy and comfort and free parking inside of the property. Staff especially girls in reception are showing perfect customer experience. Closer to cable car second entrance avoiding a big queue in the Malcestine

Centrally located to explore the area. Easy to locate. Good communication from the hostess. Friendly and welcoming and the best breakfast I have ever experienced when staying in a hotel. All you could hope for to start the day.

The place was simply perfect. I can’t stress this enough. The views are nothing short of amazing - Lake Garda at its finest. Mountains, olive trees, blue lake and amazing skies. Add onto this the best staff we’ve encountered probably anywhere in the world - from reception to the food service - we wanted to specifically mention Michele who went out of his way to treat us perfectly, even heading out by bicycle to ensure we have our drinks (didn’t even have to ask). The facilities are modern, everything worked and felt brand new. The Spa contains a steam room, 2 different temperature saunas, 2 different pools with thermal salts, a Jacuzzi, salt sauna, Infra red saunas, 2 amazing roof tops and much more. This place accommodated our every need, and we will surely return here - next time directly and for twice as long. We haven’t even left the property yet and we already miss this place.
