Very nice and friendly staff. Awesome location, directly across from the Rifflsee Gondola as well as the smaller bunny hill that we had to use once because all the lifts on Rifflsee and the Gletscher were closed on account of the awful weather. But even then, it was skiing directly to the door of the hotel.

Exceptional. Rooms lovely, and tons on storage which is great for skiing. Staff very friendly and especially kind to our 6 year old. Food was delicious. The pools were a great perk post ski. Skiing was close by and convenient. Will recommend to everyone and truly hope to come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thr Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing exceptional service with a smile. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious cuisine and a great ambiance. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were old and hurt my back

It was connected to the high end hotel next door where we could use the wellness area and had an amazing breakfast.

We drove from Munich. When we were greeted, we were offered the lunch buffet which had hot soup and many delicious grab and go treats. There are multiple spa areas, which was really nice. I wish they had a cold plunge year-round. It would have been nice to do the hot tub then the cold plunge in back in the hot tub again. The location was amazing. You have the capacity to walk 100 feet to get on a lift to go snowboarding. Those slopes have a red run that leads all the way down to the hotel. The other two slopes are less than a five minute drive. The massage therapist, whose name I think was Michel, is absolutely amazing and well worth the hour session. I had a small incident while snowboarding and he took very good care of my calf/knee. He went above and beyond with taping it for me.
