Rooftop Terrace is magnificent with views to SM Maggiore Church where Pope Francis rests. Breakfast options were comprehensive and delicious. Great service. Upgraded to luxury room to see view of church. Helpful Front Desk. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Free WiFi and very reasonably priced.Strategic place to tour Rome from and then retreat to rooftop Terrace as the day becomes night.

The location was great, one street back from Termini with lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and went over and above to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished and very comfortable.

The Hotel areas of the First and Fourth floors of a very old building are Fresh and clean and modern… The Staff were Very nice… the continental breakfast was good, with barista coffee… a stones throw from Termini….24hr reception that buzz you in the secure street door…. I really enjoyed staying here.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I probably took a lot of their time just talking to them but didn't want to stop haha. The housekeeping staff were really nice, and I made sure to say hi to them every day. The lady at the front desk was also really friendly and fun to talk to. Her name is Maui, like the island haha. My room was always super clean when I came back, and they restocked the necessities in the bathroom (toilet paper and soap). I don't know if they would have given me toothpaste and body wash, but I had my own anyway. It was also nice that before I came in, they sent me messages telling me exactly how to get into the building and where to go. When I checked out, they gave me the option to store my luggage by the front desk for the day if need be.

Location is very good: Close to the metro, the train and bus lines but outside of the city chaos. We had a lovely time, could rest nicely in between sights and there are good restaurants around. Breakfast was good, we slept well in the bed and the personnel is extremely friendly.

My wife and I were there, we really liked it, great staff, will help with anything you need, room cleaning every day. The location is also good, cafes and restaurants are nearby, metro station is within walking distance.. Great place!
