The property itself is lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. Beautiful large windows and high ceilings! But that isn’t what makes Hotel Astoria special - it’s the staff. They are welcoming and kind and truly go above and beyond for their guests, four-legged friends included! I would return to Genoa just to be able to return to this gem of a hotel.
