Friendly Staff Cleanliness Comfort of Room Located near Train Station

The room was nice. Bed comfortable and good size bathroom. Well located near transport and 20 mins walk to coliseum etc.

I stayed 4 nights at Prassede Boutique Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. I arrived after midnight due to a late flight, and reception kindly checked me in without any issues, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent — about a 10-minute walk from Termini and right next to Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore. I walked to most major attractions easily. There are also plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very new and modern. My bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and stylish, and even though my room faced the main road, it was very quiet once the windows were closed. The room also had a coffee machine, mini fridge, and a small wardrobe. Housekeeping kept everything clean throughout my stay. Overall, a great option for a central and comfortable stay in Rome.

We wanted to stay on a walking distance from Colosseum and it was indeed. Also walking distance from Roma termini. Nice neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.

It was an amazing stay!!! Clean bed sheet, towels. Everyday room service. Hotel staffs are so helpful and friendly. I would like to come back again@! May be in summer time !!

Amazing location, walking distance to pretty much all tourist attractions except for Vatican City that is a bit of a longer walk. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was in good condition, we were really pleased with our stay here

The staff were exceptional! We arrived at 12 noon not expecting our room to be ready and the staff could not have been more accommodating until our room was ready. Very comfortable waiting area with water, tea or coffee readily offered. Our luggage was stored and we headed off for a few hours until the room was ready. Location is excellent as well. Very central to a lovely local feeling neighbourhood with easy walking to everything you could want for dining options etc. only a 10 minute downhill walk to the Coliseum. Could not recommend highly enough!

Everything was satisfactory thanks to the friendliness of the staff. Among them, the person I am most thankful for is Roxana. thanks for you !!! Since it was our honeymoon, we were given welcome champagne, the accommodation was clean, and we could enjoy the night view from the rooftop. There was a famous cathedral in front of the hotel and it was close to the Colosseum, so it was a great location for travelers to stay.

For that money you have more than you need: great location, cleaning every day, clean towels, new bathroom, nice host. If We want to come back to Roma We will Stay in this hotel again.

Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast and very friendly. Great restaurant next door and very convenient for sights. We had a personal tragedy when we were there and the team running the hotel were beyond amazing.
