The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room we rented had a jacuzzi on the balcony that unfortunately did not work. However, the staff was relentless in trying to get it to work for our stay. Even though we were not able to get it to work, the staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable and it more than made up for the jacuzzi. To me, this is was way more important than a jacuzzi.

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are big, very clean and super comfortable. The bed and the pillows are beyond expectations. Breakfast includes a wide range of options. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool as well as a gym and a jacuzzi or warm pool. Massimo, the owner is extremely gentle and helpful. The area is surrounded by good restaurants, parks, etc. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

    The location was close to the Palermo central train station. We walked to the apartment while rolling our luggage. The apartment was quiet, clean, and very charming. The host was very communicative and met us at the location. The host let us in and showed us all the home's features. The host then provided us with a number of local restaurants and charted walking directions for us to get to the restaurant of our choosing.
