Great location., close to shops, bars/cafes and sights. Good size rooms. Seamless check-in. Able to arrange airport transfer where I paid the driver direct. Nice garden area.

Simple, clen, walking distance to all major sigts, great staff

Really good location if you want to visit, walks are short. Enjoyed as much as i could. Will visit again for sure!

Good location and pretty decent sized rooms for what is offered in Rome

Toyed between here and another hotel a bit further out and cheaper, delighted we chose to pay the bit extra and go with this one!! Excellent location right next to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, walking distance to Vatican and Colosseum. Room was ready ahead of schedule and was clean spacious and exactly what we needed. Bed was comfy and shower was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed, arranged a token for the room of drinks and chocolate for my friends birthday which was a great touch. Should we come back to Rome we were both in agreement we would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved the location, facilities and cleanliness.

Fantastic location and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was beautifully styled and breakfast had variety.

Its my second time in rome. The first time I stayed near the colosseo. This time we stayed at condoti, near the spain steps. I like this location to stay with a big group/with family, because there are several restaurants, supermarket nearby, its an easier location if you are with a big group and needs things on walking distance.

A very pleasant, strategically located smaller hotel in the centre, very close to the Spanish Steps and Spagna metro station. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at the hotel - I travel a lot, but I've never met such nice, helpful and friendly staff, especially at the reception. They do an excellent job! The hotel rooms are clean, nicely decorated, the bed is very comfortable. Next time I go to Rome, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Clean, well-maintained and perfect location

Hotel has lots of character and the lobby was beautiful! I will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!
