I can’t say enough about this hotel. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and it was perfect. The hotel is located in an excellent location. The reception staff is super friendly and helpful, they thought about everything. Spacious, beautiful and very comfortable room. Windows are sound proof. We had an amazing experience at Lumia Restaurant as well, food and drinks are really amazing! Highly recommended

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Its location was perfect, the owner's attention to detail was remarkable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The building where the hotel is located is simply amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The room is also very nice, and we loved the dual showerheads in the bathroom that work simultaneously. Definitely I’d love to go back.

    Location: The good: very central, walk everywhere to the most interesting neighborhoods, right next to the La Vucciria marketplace, one of the most vibrant and happening places in Palermo. The bad: right next to La Vucciria, which is VERY NOISY late into the night with music booming from multiple bars. The room however, had good shutters which muffled a lot of the noise, and I have good earplugs. If you are a light sleeper and/or if you are not interested in partying late into the night, try staying a few more blocks away.

    Chachi is an excellent host - made my arrival easy, answered my questions promptly, very accommodating. Property itself is perfect for one, location is nicely tucked away but close to entry of Vucciria Market. Bonus: only about a block from bus stop for airport shuttle.

    Comfortable modern rooms in an old house in the center of Vucciria. Our room opened to the inside yard and was very quiet. Breakfast is on the beautiful rooftop terrace - latest information about activities in the area and sightseeing options included. Just nice!

    We had a great time in Palermo. Everything is on the walking distance. Teatro Massimo in the next street. La Vucciria 2 min away. Quattro Canti 3 min away. Apartment is clean and spacious. It is not modern and new, but you’ll have everything you need for your stay. Mary is very nice and responsive for anything you want to ask. Mini market around the corner. Bars and restaurants around the building. Good value for money.

    This is a lovingly appointed, comfortable apartment, overlooking the beautiful San Domenico Square and church. Even though the neighborhood is lively (after all, this place is on the edge of the Vucciria, the old market and bazar area), the bedrooms are very quiet (double glass panes) and the apartment feels like a litte oasis in the city. We were met by the host, who was kind and responsive and left us a whole bunch of goodies, from wine to cake.

    The apartment had the best location, just a few steps away from the Palermo Cathedral, shopping , restaurants, and the iconic Vucciria. It was also a walking distance to the Teatro Massimo. The apartment was immaculate, and the sheets and towels smelled so fresh and clean! Most of all, Virginia was very helpful, a very gracious and kind host. We will recommend this property to our family and friends.

    The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you could need (even a clothes washing machine, with detergent and everything). The location is perfect if you want to see the city, the apartment is basically as central as it gets - you're right next to La Vucciria which is one of the main markets.
