Charming and efficient little hotel! Hotel Sails is a cute, compact space with a smart and thoughtful layout—everything you need without feeling cramped. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond, even helping us ship our luggage ahead to our hotel in Osaka, which was a huge help. The location is a bit off the typical tourist path, but still very accessible. Minowa Station is just a 5–7 minute walk, and it’s easy to catch a train or bus to get wherever you need to go. if you’re looking for a peaceful and quieter Tokyo neighborhood, Hotel Sails is a lovely option.

The staff were really nice people and enjoyable to talk with. You can wash your clothes for only ¥200, dry them for ¥100 and iron them for free. The room was also big enough for a comfortable stay (if you're not someone who stays inside for the whole trip). Air-conditioning was strong and so great! Toilets were also clean.
