Everything is located very conveniently, carpet in the halls and rooms make it very cozy to walk around, beautiful restaurant, menu is easy to navigate and we got discounts for the first dinner and free take-out drinks, it was a pleasure.

Large rooms compared to Tokyo. Beds were very comfortable. Very good breakfast. Metro station in a short walking distance, can reach every place easily.

A wonderful experience in this unique property. Although the room was small, its design and amenities were excellent. Its neighborhood location gives it the sense of being at home. Check out the Parklet Bakery for a mid-morning break.

Our 2nd stay here and we couldn’t be happier. It’s home away from home. Our party of three had a 3-bed family room with private bathroom. Plenty of space for Tokyo. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was generous supply of toiletries. The kitchen in the common area is well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. The staff is so kind, as were the other guests. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. There are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores around the hostel.

Super love the location! This is my 2nd time in S-peria. It is 5 minutes walk from the airport limousine or the bus station from/to Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel is across a grocery and nearby Lawson. The bed is always comfy as ever! The room I booked has been always perfect for solo traveler like me. If you have more than 2 luggages, expect that it can be hard to move around but is fine! If I will be back again in Tokyo, I will definitely book this hotel again! Happy to see improvements too including the new look of the key card and breakfast menu.

It was only a block from the Kikukawa station and just crossing the street was the bus station. They had not just the convenience stores near by, but two supermarkets and lots of restaurants.
