The dinner at the buffet restaurant was delightful. The innovations put a smile on my face. The tastes delighted my palate.

I loved the reception area; it felt warm and inviting and was filled with light. I loved that my room was spacious and traditional; tatami matted and I slept comfortably on a futon. And I thought the staff professional and so kind. An added plus, was the onsen and the yukata provided for guests.

Everything, it was cute, convenient, perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

They made it with local ingredients (at least that’s what they said) and it’s very tasty- eggs and protein and rice and fruits and they provided coffee tea and juice and cereal

Owner is friendly and has an amazing selection of whiskey. The property is clean an modern. Beds, most importantly are very comfortable especially after a hard day of skiing. Room is warm and the location is perfect to the slopes and an Uber ride to delicious restaurants nearby. You can walk about 8 minutes to the lifts and lockers are plenty at the ski center to store your ski gear. The owner spent some time conversing with us about the culture and life in Hakuba. We went around March 18th for 5 nights and the ski conditions were still good. The pension was very quiet and only a few rooms were occupied. So I highly recommend this if you want to go during the shoulder season for a quiet and casual ski experience. Will return and I think early March would be spectacular for a balance of good snow and fewer people.

The location was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel location is secluded from the busy town near a beautiful lake. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The chairlift is right outside. The hotel offers van service pickup/dropoff from various locations in town at relatively frequent intervals. All in all it was amazing.

The hotel is simple rather than high-end, but what truly makes it special is the warmth of the staff. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and was very kind, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were easy to talk to and very approachable, and the place was clean and convenient. The price is also very reasonable, making it a great choice for budget travelers like us. Thank you very much. We will definitely book here again.

We had an amazing stay at Sejour Mint and in the Junior Mint apartment and couldn't recommend it enough! The staff were all very kind and welcoming. Jon picked us up / dropped us off from the train station, making all travel run smoothly without needing to rent a car. The location was perfect within walking distance to the base of Goryu and to many cafes, restaurants and bars. We loved relaxing in the onsen after a long day of skiing, and our shabu shabu meal in the hotel restaurant was a highlight of the trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mont Blanc in Hakuba Goryu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Anis, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us with many of our questions and travel needs. Her kindness and support truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel also offered chauffeur services by Sakura San which was a huge bonus. Being driven to various locations around Goryu made getting around easy and stress-free, especially after a long day on the mountain. The location is fantastic, very close to the ski mountains and extremely accessible to a variety of food spots and ski rental shops. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick ride away. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of skiing. Overall, Hotel Mont Blanc delivered excellent service, convenience, and comfort. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hakuba Goryu!

Wonderful Staff & Great Location.

Maybe a 3 minutes walk to Escal plaza (hakuba Goryu) super convenient. Staff at hotel was super outgoing and helpful to include Luis, Kiara, another gentleman. I was given a ride to the bus stop on my out of Hakuba. I have already recommended this place to a friend. I would come back.
