NetherlandsThis was a very practical hotel to visit Nara, close to the Park and Temples, but in the shopping district with many restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and new and well-designed. We had no view, but did not miss it, and the sound isolation was very effective.

You might want to go to Himuro Shrine (氷室神社) for a quieter location to admire the cherry blossoms (during spring) and to feed the deer with less competition from other tourists! Is very busy and packed with tourists in peak season. The deer closer the entrance are very aggressive so will charge you and bite your clothes to get biscuits. Go further up the park to get some peace and quiet and meet calmer deer. Also, some tourists will feed wrappers and ice cream to the deer thinking it is funny. If you see this, please tell them not to. The deer will get sick.Guest review byJordan
