The stay gives feeling of staying in Japanese house unlike hotel, which I loved. Location is great, really short walk from JR Nikko Station and Tobu Nikko Station. Breakfast was delicious. Very new and modern facility, beds were excellent, the soaking tub was a bonus, having a washer was great, the online instructions were good though the check-in process was a bit frustrating (be prepared). The front desk staff only spoke Japanese but we managed to understand one another. The massage chairs were amazing. The buffet - holy cow the amount of food. Our room was large and clean. We enjoyed the bath services inside the room and outside. There is a free shuttle. It is closer to the Tobu Nikko Station. The room is plentiful for one person. The hotel had great dinner and breakfast that was included at the stay. You can walk around the hotel to view the Japanese garden, Japanese arts, and aquariums around the building. Finally, the service was excellent.
