Very clean, quiet, nice compact room layout, great bathroom, with spectacular view of the city, a wide array of amenities available at the front desk, with pleasant staff, enjoyable breakfast service, and quick entry to Shin-Osaka station.

Location was close to the trains. Breakfast was costly specially if you do not eat a lot. I will not add breakfast next time. Very helpful and courteous staff.
