Location, very close to Nippori station. The room is bigger than the average room size in Tokyo. Clearness is good. Many 24-hour restaurants are around this area.

The location was good. Close to Nippori station but very calm, no heavy traffic.The room was clean and equipped everything I needed. The staff was supportive.

Great facilities, with hot spring bathing provided for free. Within a few minutes walking from Tabata station, it was easy to catch trains.

Good location close to Nippori Station, easy access to many areas of Tokyo and direct access to Narita Airport.

The location is great. Not far from Metro, and a very quiet area. Definitely recommend it. The Metro line links all the main stations. Its Cosy and warm. Good value for money. Self service check in so easy.

The location from a major train station was great! So convenient to tour around the city, and then a direct Airport Skyline straight to Narita Airport made our stay at this location extremely convenient and made our time in Tokyo very efficient. Without a doubt, the best part about this accommodation was the staff. They were so helpful and so sweet, and made our stay very memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

The hospitality of the hotel was great! The little candy they had in the reception made me happy :) I stayed here two times and they were great both the times.

Everything was as described and looked if not better, exactly like the pictures. We had a small double room but in fact it wasn’t that small and was very well planned.

Average hotel; the staff were extremely kind and are willing to help. Free daily small ice creams along with a ticket to the nearby sento- highly recommend! Wifi and AC worked well.

It's close to the train station. Very clean hotel and the rate is cheap. Just 1 minute from Mikawashima station on Joban line. I booked the tatami room at a very cheap rate.complete amenities. The bathroom is very clean too

Conveniently located near the train station and easy to get to Narita airport. The woman at the front desk was very courteous and kind. Free drinks and ice cream in the lobby.
