The hotel was beautifully designed, room was clean with comfortable bed and Smart TV. The best part are the staffs, courteous and professional ! Special thanks to Anne ( Assistant front desk Manager) , she took care of coordinating birthday surprises for my husband, decorating the room by housekeeping, birthday cake for dinner, kudos to Glow staffs for the lively birthday song. Anne also arranged for late check out. I am so pleased I chose Glee to unwind before our long flight to Canada. 😀😀👏👏

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. We had the best breakfast buffet out of all the places we stayed for three weeks in Kenya. Safe neighborhood, across the street from an upscale shopping center, close to all sites of Nairobi.
