The staff were great as we had no issues with communication since they can speak English fluently. They even upgraded our stay free of charge and allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier than the supposed time free of charge as well. They even gave as an interconnecting room as we booked two rooms. Everyone was kind and accommodating and they also had a free airport shuttle bus but you have to mind the posted schedule as it is not available 24/7. The location was great as it was near a lot of bus stops and also a 30 minute ride from the airport. They make up the room on a daily basis so every time we return, there are new sets of towels, water bottles, and our beds have been fixed. A bit pricey compared to other hotels but quite reasonable with the service they provide and ambience of the hotel. It is Lotte after all. Overall, everything was great from checking-in to checking-out.

Very friendly staff, they were a great help with suggestions for restaurants Good tv with Prime, Netflix etc. LG Styler in room very handy for travellers for your clothing. Nice shower. Fantastic price/quality ratio (best so far in my experience Korea)
