I've been to this hotel a couple of times, and I've always had the best experiences here. The staff are kind and helpful. During my stay, there was an issue with the room. However, they accommodated me and moved me into a new room promptly. There are a couple of food shops nearby and even a bigger grocery store, which is helpful for longer stays. It's a walkable distance to line 1, and there is also an airport bus stop that is nearby as well. Multiple buses also pass along this street, so that's also helpful for getting around. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and safe. Overall it's an ideal location whether you're traveling or need a staycation!

The staff is amazing! friendly and very helpful. Also, the hotel is located in one the best places- it’s a minute walk to Shillim subway station and bus stops. Not to mention, a hot spot for great restaurants and cafes.

The room was clean, the towels, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel were provided. You could get free towels any time in the common area if yours needed replacing. The trash is collected, you just need to leave it out. The kitchen had drinking water dispenser, which was really nice. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and went out of his way to help us. I booked the room after seeing a picture with a full-sized mirror in the room and there was no such mirror when we arrived due to renovation. I messaged the host and he moved us to a bigger room that could fit a full sized mirror, I think he ordered it after my request. The bigger room was so nice; I was traveling with my husband, so having extra space was definitely beneficial. The host also helped us figure out how to get to the airport on our departure date, making the process less stressful.

There is a market nearby with plenty of food options. The facilities are clean, and the inside of the accommodation is quiet. It also has laundry facilities, making it suitable for a long-term stay.
