The facilities are amazing: buildings, gardens, restaurant, pool, gym... everything is charming and well designed. Service: even though it was new year time, and they were most probably very tired, all the staff was present and caring. We really appreciated them going extra mile preparing a late informal dinner for us, after restaurant opening hours. The owner were around and you can feel their dedication and desire to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction (e.g. free upgrade). The food was really tasty also, with fruits front the garden on the table. Beds are hard and really comfy if you like this type of mattresses.

I was welcomed with a glass of cool water, which cooled down the heat of Luangprabang city. Special is the location of the hotel, it is really perfect, close to the tourist attractions in the city and the view of the river is very nice, you can see the whole Mekong river, i woke up drinking coffee and watching people on the river. The room is also very clean, big and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, probably the friendliest I have ever met. They introduced me to tourist attractions in and out of Luangprabang city. It deserves 10 points. I decided to stay 4 nights instead of 1 night as originally planned.
