Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

Very beautiful lobby area. Very nice room with enough space. Staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the night shift man who prepared breakfast for us even if a bit before scheduled time
