Perfect location with a lovely old hacienda decor, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will return for sure and highly recommend it!

It was a really nice experience. It's in a really nice place. Everyone was very nice. Would stay there again

Excellent value for a quiet, comfortable and safe hotel. Location is great as it’s adjacent to great neighborhoods and parks. Surrounded by delicious food. The courtyard is beautiful and the staff is lovely and makes a great breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to CDMX.

- Location - Price is good for this neighbourhood (San Rafael) - Cleaning staff is helpful - On site restaurant is convenient - The front desk gave me an extra blanket when I asked. There was no extra blanket in the room.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Location

Lovely luxurious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was great and had an amazing view. Loved the location.

Very unique hotel. Staff helpful and very good value for your money.

Well located and clean and comfortable

Fabulous staff, very nice bedding, nice (wonderful warm pool very adequate for this time of the year. Nice restaurant. Nice bar with cold drinks and wonderful waiters.

Location, lots of spots around

I liked everything about this hotel and location. The people were nice and helpful

Booked for family, did not have breakfast, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us receive luggage that was being delivered from the airport in the middle of the night. A little pricey, but good service and location.

The front desk has a sincere smile for you when you arrive. They have a certain way of doing things. And you adjust. The Bristol is a Great Value for anyone's visit to Mexico city.

Great location, walking distance to Reforma 222 shopping center and 100 meters to Reforma avenue

We loved everything about our stay. The staff and the amenities in the room were perfect. Central to everything you need... Sweet old lady on the corner, making blue corn tortillas is a must try.

Great location near Réforma Avenue and public transports. Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff.

Everything was great! location! the staff! the room. Definingly going back! This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Felt safe the whole time. It did get loud during the WC games but then again that was the reason for our visit. :)

El apartamento muy lindo y limpio.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable its an old hotel but well maintained.

A really lovely place. Exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A great location—strategic and close to everything.
