Love the room, love the breakfast, love the staff Komtar mall connecting to the hotel. Left our HP at the hotel and the housekeeper was very honest and kept it for us. Thank you so much for the honesty and hospitality. The concierge guys are amazing very friendly and helpful.

The room is very clean and bed is so comfortable. The staffs are friendly. I asked to check out late and they accepted it without any charge. Checking out is very fast and easy. Highly recommended!

Everything was great during our stay at this hotel, from meeting at reception till the final check out. But especially we liked the breakfast. The premises was nicely decorated creating positive morning mood, and the variety of food was just amazing. Indian, malay and chinese cousines, sweets, fresh juices, local coffee, and many more. Staff was friendly and helpful. It all made our stay at this hotel comfortable and memorable.

    The apartment was decent sized and comfy but there were a few issues with the bed and the bathroom. Location was good as there was a lot of shops open at night for food and pleasant to walk around. The apartment was quite comfortable overall and there were good facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym etc. 20 mins drive to Legoland and around JB City Square so that was good as well.
