The location, staff, breakfast, gym and beautiful hotel

The room was bigger that I expected. My room has balcony so I can smoke there while seeing the best view of the canal. The breakfast was also nice. I think the location is the best. Definitely will stay here again if I go back to Amsterdam.

Everything was excellent. We had a trouble with our room the first night, it had a weird smell but the next morning they prepared a bigger room and they gifted us a breakfast as an apology, which was an amazing gesture! The staff was incredibly polite and happy and always wanted to help us with a big smile on their faces. We brought with us our little dog and she had an amazing experience. They prepared for her a bed and 2 bowls and everyone was greeting her and petting her with a huge smile everytime. The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the gym.

Loved the location across the road from the Reijksmuseum and in the cultural district. We booked the small room and yes it was tiny but a great view and good sized bathroom with amenities. Having separate doona covers was useful as i was sharing with my daughter. Good food everywhere nearby. Staff and the Downstairs coffee shop & gallery( Mina) We're great. Would stay here again.

I had a cozy room with a nice view to the town. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the first day, I had to return my car and they kindly allowed me to keep my car in the hotel garage for a while. Breakfast was very good, with multiple options provided. Location was convenient as you are close to the center of the Amsterdam and there are multiple bus/train station within 5 min walk which you can use to commute to different parts of the city. there is also a rental bike within 5 min walk of the hotel.

The overall quality of room and staff is amazing. I can’t pay the fee because I didn’t remember the PIN code for my credit card. The staff is very helpful to send the payment through link so that it doesn’t need the PIN code.

Our 3rd time here, was Lovely and clean, everything we needed for our stay, we had clean sheets and towels every day, we was on the second floor. Only 25 minute walk from the train station or very quick ride on the tram, easy to find, in a great area of Amsterdam, all the canals are beautiful, perfect coffeeshop next door and lots of food places around. Will definitely be back again.

The bed were very comfortable and the temperature was ideal. I actually got sick because of the cold rain and they were kind enough to offer a hot cup of tea in the room.

Very cozy little hotel in a perfect spot in the middle of Amsterdam. Friendly and accommodative stuff always available to help. Highly recommended

Super clean hotel and rooms. Shared bathroom and toilet are also super clean and everything is nicely refurbished and modern. no lift and have to take narrow staricase. No large bags please Location is fantastic, walking distance from Anne Frank Museum, Dam Square

Loved staying here it’s so clean and the beds are comfortable. House keeping comes round everyday. The staff are so friendly.

Excellent and friendly staff (especially the girl who checked us in was so lovely!), great location, nice clean room. 10/10 would definitely return as long for as I'm mobile enough to take on those typical Amsterdam stairs. 🤭
