Rooms are beautifully designed. There is a great vibe and the staff is friendly and professional!

The room is comfortable, the hotel is close to the city center, we had no complaints, and everything is clean and tidy.

The location is great, close to the center, tram stops, with different shops nearby (including supermarkets). A short walking distance to museums, Vondelpark, bars and restaurants.

Everything was excellent. We had a trouble with our room the first night, it had a weird smell but the next morning they prepared a bigger room and they gifted us a breakfast as an apology, which was an amazing gesture! The staff was incredibly polite and happy and always wanted to help us with a big smile on their faces. We brought with us our little dog and she had an amazing experience. They prepared for her a bed and 2 bowls and everyone was greeting her and petting her with a huge smile everytime. The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the gym.

The hotel and the room was very clean. My stay was easy adjustable and the personnel was very helpful. It’s in the middle of Amsterdam on a nice street and the noise was fine.

Location was quite near the centre. Room modern and clean. Coffee in room and kettle was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location and Proximity to Leiseplein and my next hotel

Location is wonderful! There is a nice enclosed patio but we didn't use it. Had a room with big windows that we could open up for a breeze, when in the room, during the day. (We enjoyed chilling with those windows open and even caught a little bit of the football game!) Owner/front desk was super nice and let my friends store all their luggage 2 hours before check in.

When I found this hotel, I thought, “That’s the one!”, and I was right. Just amazing staff, awesome vibe, and come on, a bar and a pool table right at the reception, what more could you possibly want? And then suddenly you can’t stop yourself and you’re buying the local merch. And pins. Lots of pins 🙃

Nathalie was such a wonderful host. Nothing was any bother. It felt like home. So friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so close to public transport as well.

The location was fabulous. One is walking distance from all the museums, shopping districts and parks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the single room with a shared bathroom and it was always very clean and comfortable. My only tip is to bring some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper as the summer nights can be lively, as it should be on a summers night. But it is beautiful and quiet later into the night. Thanks very much to all staff and I will definitely be back again for another stay.

The location was perfect, room also, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We read tons of reviews that were complaining of the noises downstairs, not true. Yes you could hear the tram but nothing crazy, no people talking or drinking or anything else. It was actually very pleasant and clean.

Fantastic hotel! Such a gem in a perfect location with Vondelpark on doorstep and main city attractions! Ahmed is amazing such a friendly guy and knows everywhere in Amsterdam. Clean, superb breakfast with good vegan options too! Free coffee & water such a nice touch. One of my favourite city break hotels I have stayed in, will definitely be staying here again when in Amsterdam didn’t want to leave. Booked a single & twin room in the basement and surprisingly the twin room was on the second floor with a balcony which was a lovely bonus

Staff was warm and welcoming. In the morning they're serving a nice breakfast and ensuring you've got everything you need. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. I could open the door leading to a small outside alcove to get some fresh outside air in the morning. Location was also perfect. I stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is elegant and in a lovely area, and the rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I used to stay around Dam Square, but after discovering this area, I loved it even more. I will definitely choose this hotel for my future trips to Amsterdam. A truly lovely experience, and I highly recommend it
