I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The rich history and tradition of the place are truly captivating, and it's impressive how the hotel seamlessly blends them with modernity and contemporary design, creating an environment that's both charming and innovative. The rooms are beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable, luxurious stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, consistently providing attentive and warm service that made me feel valued and cared for throughout my entire visit. The location is superb, offering convenient access to key attractions and making my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

Cozy and the staff was amazing

Breakfast was great and the location was exactly where we wanted to be, namely close to the Van Gogh museum and the tram lines. Your staff are excellent and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were contacted by your staff regarding an item of luggage which we left in the taxi on the way to the train station and kindly returned to your hotel by the driver. This item was forwarded on to our next location without any problem by your excellent staff.

Everything was excellent. We had a trouble with our room the first night, it had a weird smell but the next morning they prepared a bigger room and they gifted us a breakfast as an apology, which was an amazing gesture! The staff was incredibly polite and happy and always wanted to help us with a big smile on their faces. We brought with us our little dog and she had an amazing experience. They prepared for her a bed and 2 bowls and everyone was greeting her and petting her with a huge smile everytime. The location of the hotel was excellent and so was the gym.

I had a cozy room with a nice view to the town. The staff were very polite and helpful. On the first day, I had to return my car and they kindly allowed me to keep my car in the hotel garage for a while. Breakfast was very good, with multiple options provided. Location was convenient as you are close to the center of the Amsterdam and there are multiple bus/train station within 5 min walk which you can use to commute to different parts of the city. there is also a rental bike within 5 min walk of the hotel.

Loved the location across the road from the Reijksmuseum and in the cultural district. We booked the small room and yes it was tiny but a great view and good sized bathroom with amenities. Having separate doona covers was useful as i was sharing with my daughter. Good food everywhere nearby. Staff and the Downstairs coffee shop & gallery( Mina) We're great. Would stay here again.

Small but clean, cozy room - just right for a night's stay. The bed is bunk, but very comfortable, with a soft mattress. It is the very center, a beautiful view from the window. Good, fast internet.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything you could need. There is a direct bus line to the airport and the hotel is close to the museums and other attractions in the city.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel is really well located, and the staff is very friendly. This is a simple hotel, don't expect any luxury, but that couldn't be expected from the price they charge. But I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

I stayed in room 153. It was incredibly beautiful. My advice to those who come is to keep this room.

Location is central to museums, transportation, restaurants, and Albert Cuyp market. Walkability in area is very good. Accommodations are modern and clean.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was winter and way too cold, so I couldn’t enjoy the trip as much as I wanted, which was a shame. But if I come back to the Netherlands in spring or summer next year, I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We could store our luggage with them before check-in and after check-out which helped us loads. The location of the hotel was very central, barely a five minute walk to the Rijksmuseum. Our rooms were awesome, very spacious and clean. We had a tub and a rainfall shower - exciting!

Just about everything, especially the staff 's friendliness

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location but easy to access to all areas of Amsterdam from, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well equipped and comfortable with nice furnishings (cushions featuring famous Dutch art etc.), shower was excellent. Only had breakfast once as seemed quite expensive but it was nice, mostly continental style as to be expected although option to have eggs cooked fresh to your liking. The bar area is very welcoming and the honesty bar is a nice touch, good selection of Dutch beers available! Would stay again.
