Friendlyness, facilities, gym, easy access to the train station, arena and concert halls nearby. The room was well-equipped, with kettle and office space (including a comfortable office chair). Iron and board also present in the room. Excellent breakfast. I parked in the hotel's parking garage and was able to charge my car and stay until 11pm on the day of check-out.
