The hotel has 2 areas, old and new. First the hotel personnel offered for us a room in the old area. We booked a Premium Room and expectations were high, when we saw the room we were very disappointed, pictures attached. However after our friendly conversation with the check in personnel we moved to another beautiful room with balcony and city view, that side of the hotel is just WOW. So if you book a room ask for a room in new part of the hotel. Breakfast was beyond reality.

I travelled as a single woman, and the area was very safe to walk around alone. I walked here from the Centraal train station with a suitcase and it was easy to find and not too far to walk. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very generous with lots of options.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in Amsterdam. The room was cosy and bright, but the highlight by far was the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
