Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue. Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay. Check out was also excellent

Everything! This hotel exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in 16 hotels throughout our European holiday and this gorgeous place was without a doubt the best. We’ve paid triple the price in other locations and they have not come close to what we experienced at the Hendrick’s Hotel. I could not recommend staying here more! It’s also worth mentioning that the views are amazing as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay 🙏

Good breakfast with many options to eat from . Location is central and is at walkable distance to central station and to happening places in Amsterdam. Rooms are a bit small but since its a boat house but it makes up with adequate storage space so you would not find issues storing your luggage and keep stuff. Best thing is definitely the vibe , friendly staff and location . It has a good dining and sitting area where you can hang out and chill . The staff are very accommodating and do make you feel at home . I would like to thank Daniel and Alex and rest of the staff for being so welcoming and making our experience so great.

This hotel is just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures! I loved all the fresh flower arrangements in the various downstairs areas, and appreciated all the decorative touches. The two lovely hotel cats were an added bonus! The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional.
