Location was really good as it was a 10 minute walk to city centre. Also its nice to be in a quite part of town but also close to the action!

Staff were wonderful, the room we had was very luxurious with great linens, coffee, and amenities. The bath had an amazing view of the water and it really felt very welcoming.

Beautifully decorated hotel on the canal, staff were just lovely, with the resident two cats the hotel has a much more personal feel to it than others I have stayed in. After the hustle and bustle of the city this is an oasis of calm to retreat to.
