Very comfortable bed and pillows and very quiet room. Everything was clean. Staff were great, helpful and nice. Location is great. Amazing stay, next time i will book a longer stay as the city of Zwolle and the hotel both were wonderful.

sauna and fitness studio are amazing. The hotel is placed in a beautiful scenery, near the river. Everything is new and clean. The air is fresh. The town is quiet. There is no cars. I could spend there a month. The hotel is everything you need.

Set on the river IJssel, in a building with a lot of character, Boutique Hotel Kampen is located in the center of Kampen. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.

We had a real surprise when we booked at this lovely property. Straight after our arrival, we headed for the bar for a lovely pre-dinner appetitive. The bar was stunning in a classic, rustic kind of way. We then were guided to our table in the dining room and this is where the real magic started to unfold in front of our eyes, with the absolute highlight of a dish with smoked eel for two persons. I didn’t expect at all this culinary feast. The staff were engaging and very pleasant. In the morning we were able to have a lovely breakfast despite us being up at 6:30am. What a treat this has been. I will make a detour next time i am in The Netherlands to visit this lovely place again….

Almost a century ago on the exact the same spot where Hotel Restaurant De Uitkijk now sits was a tea house. Since then a lot has been changed.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, felt at home. Very nice bedroom and comfy bed. And super kind staff, they even got us a free ride to the train station. Amazing breakfast included in the rate. Highly recommended!! Wish we had stayed longer
