It's really nice staying in Harstad. The room is comfortable and quiet, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is nice, and the price is reasonable. I will recommend this hotel when you come to Harstad.

I stayed at the Arcticus in Harstad in order to meet the Havila cruise ship on the morning following my stay. From the hotel (although not my room) I could see the arrival of the ship. The breakfast was excellent. The Arcticus has a novel feature in that they provide a free buffet dinner in the early evening. The food was simple but satisfying. It really made you feel liek you were at home. This was a great way to start my visit to the Lofoten Archipelago.

Again, another impressive breakfast from a Thon Hotel. The location was perfect for our needs (near the little city center for some sightseeing and with a good restaurant next door with outdoor seating). Very pleasant staff.
