Very cosy wooden hotel, nice mountain view from balcony, everything looks very new and clean. Breakfast was excellent, it differs from usual hotel breakfasts. Parking is on site. From hotel to Kuznice is 2.5km by foot. Recommend this hotel!

We were completely delighted with the hotel: - It is located in a very picturesque place. The views from the balcony were incredible; - Nearby is great infrastructure: coffee houses, restaurants, grocery shops, souvenir shops, bus stop; - There is secure parking on the territory of the hotel; - Very spacious and clean rooms (standard). The rooms are equipped with everything you need, also in the room there are bathrobes and slippers for the spa; - Delicious breakfast (especially I fell in love with the Karpatka dessert), large selection of dishes, beautiful restaurant, pleasant service; - I also want to highlight the spa complex in the hotel, we spent 2 days there. And there is everything you need: a relaxation room, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, baths and saunas (18+), because we were without children, it was nice to be in this quiet and peaceful space. - Staff work. I would like to say a huge thanks to the guy on the reception. Quickly and in a positive way he solved our problem witj the booking* *When I was making a reservation through booking.com app (I booked 2 rooms, one for myself with my husband, the second one for my sister and her husband), it was indicated that the capacity of each room is 2 people and breakfast is included. Also, there was no option to add guests during the booking process. Only once optionally (!!!) I was proposed to add the name of the guest for the second room. That's all. The guy explained to us that all guests must be included, so they can have the breakfast, but not only the persons mentioned on reservetion. We were lucky and thanks to him for understanding. But be careful and attentive when you are booking!

Property was easy to find. We arrived early and were able to check-in and get into our room. Room was small, basic and but very clean. We asked for twin beds. Also included was a TV, small refrigerator and kettle. Area was quiet, then again we were there beginning of May (off-season). We left the car parked and were able to walk everywhere around town.

    get yourself a laminated map and enjoy how you can mix and match the trails. You can trust on time estimations provided, the mountain shelters are amazing albeit crowded in high season. Each big valley ands with one. You can grab a meal there ad decide if you want to climb a peak or hang out and return. DO NOT LITTER. This is a National Park with unique wild live - every piece of snack you di not finish and pastic you brough in goes back down with you

    It's a long hike in to Morskie Oko and we failed to achieve all our hiking goals in one day. Staying in the mountain hut would have been a better option and allowed more time to hike the area rather than the five mile trail in.

    Horse carriage transfer to Morsko Oko in Jul 2022: when we arrived, there was a long queue. No guard to organize people, no barriers, no shade (30+ degrees). NONE of he drivers spoke English, when I even asked the question, one of then were very angrily shouting "English, no English, Polen ... ... ... ..." and kept on shouting Polish when driving away. A Polish backpacker girl thought one and cut the line. they asked her to get back, then they literally started fighting. Again, no guard to supervise the queue. We waited for 1,5 hours (!!!) in the sun, with 7 year old kids. After getting on, it turned out that it costs PLN 70 per person, even for kids... Morsko Oko was full of people, you could barely drop a needle... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service, bad experience.

    It's a very nice location, quite close to the trailhead of tatra national park. It is a 20 min bus ride away from zakopane but it is completely fine as we wanted a bit of peace and quiet. The facilities were all there and the owner was kind and helpful.

    The area that the resort is in is beautiful. You have a mountain view from the pool. The suite (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom) is new, very modern and comfortable. The heated pool has whirlpool jets on two sides, and two "waterfall type jets". It is walking distance to several Tatra National Park Trails, the cable car, Krupowki Street and the Gubalowka market and funicular. There's a grocery store nearby.

    I stayed in a beautiful mountain view room, and it's spacious for 3 people. The villa is just next to the public transport stop. So accessing other areas (Tatra National Park, Morskie Oko) by public transport is easy. The villa has the barbecue facility.

    The breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. the hotel is on the main road into and out of Zakopane so there was a bit of traffic noise at the beginning and end of the weekend but the hotel itself was quiet and the view of the mountains from my window was beautiful. The location was good-close to the village and only a 40 minute to the Tatra national park.

    Willa Koisowka is a great base from which to explore Tatra National Park. There is a bus stop directly opposite the villa, with regular services to Zakopane in one direction and Morskie Oko in the other (both around 20-25min). Other hiking trails are accessible by foot right from the front door. The accommodation was very comfortable, the location peaceful, the hosts welcoming and helpful, and the view of the mountains from my balcony beautiful!

    Can't say anything about breakfast as never used. The location is a bit away from the centre of Zakopane, you need a bus to get there or 50 min walk. On the other hand the location is perfect for Tatra national park. It's a hostel, not a 5 star hotel, you share it with other people from all over the world, which can be a great experience. Great value for money, perfect place to explore Tatra mountains.
