Very good service, helpful reception stuff, good housekeeping. Amazing rooms with a balcony. One of the best services I’ve met in Warsaw

Be sure to stay in the modern suite with the Japanese style rooms. Really amazingly comfortable and stylish. Love this place. Breakfast is really amazing, everything is top quality, à la carte menu is fantastic. We dined here once, took the Japanese tasting menu, yeah expensive but worth it.

Very modern and stylish hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with perfect planning and furnishings. Everything is stylish. The restaurant in the lobby, which serves Italian cuisine, is really worth it. Great location right in the city center, but the street is quiet.

In a fantastic location just opposite central station this hotel was a bargain. We loved it! Comfortable room, nice smells, very warm even with -8 temperature outside and very helpful staff. It was brilliant that you could get free still or sparkling water on your floor. I appreciated the drying rack in the bathroom. Good placement of power points. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have ever had! The lobby had a very nice fire. We hope to return some day.

The staff was amazing, so thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay special and even prepared a surprise for my husband’s birthday, which was such a lovely touch. We felt really welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It’s one of those places where you can tell people genuinely care :).
