We had a lovely stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Very helpful in making reservations for dinner and recommendations were great. Welcome gift was such a pleasant surprise ! Rooms were very nice. Loved our stay !

Very large room by Lisbon standards with cute little balcony. Very modern and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice little bar/breakfast area. Centre of all the action but not noisy.

Very welcoming staff ( especially the guy with the curly hair and the mustache). The view from the room of the 5th floor was great and the location was perfect!

This is a perfect place to stay, highly recommended. Modern design, comfy bed, amazing location! The staff is super friendly and chill. All details are taken care of like sound proof windows and walls, tech-curtain blinds, and design solutions in general. Enough space in the room and bathroom. Would love to be back.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at Everything was absolutely perfect — from the location and cleanliness to the friendly and helpful staff (especially Saolo). The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was beautifully furnished in a modern style. The entire building had a lovely fresh scent, and I was truly amazed by how elegant everything was and how much attention was given to every detail in the room. Highly recommended!

The whole overall experience was great.

This is an amazing establishment. The staff in this hotel are re-engineering the word service to be guest-centered. The hotel is a historic site . It is situated in the middle of everything you want to see in Lisbon. The metro station is dew meters away. The area has many restaurants. The hotel's breakfast offerings are out of this world. In addition, the hotel staff run their own city tour twice a day. The message, spa, is accessable to all guests. I can go on and on. You need to come and stay here.

The staff was great, very polite and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast - they serve best fruits ever! Every single day! Good choice also of cheese and pastry - premium quality products. In the evening you get nice chocolate selection, that will go well with the nice coffee you can make anytime at your coffee machine in the room. And I always like when hotels provide quality brand cosmetics for their guests - you’ll not be disappointed here ;) overall, I liked everything inside this hotel!

Wonderful historic building in the center of old Lisbon. Perfect location for everything in Lisbon. The owners have done a phenomenal job in renovating the building. Interior design is adorable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Big compliment to all of the crew.
